Governance

IDS is governed by 5 officers and 10 directors.  We have 4 regular board meetings per year, plus 1 annual planning meeting in January/February and 1 annual board/membership meeting in October when annual elections are held. We welcome any IDS member at our board meetings and hope you can join us! Board members chair the various committees, but all committees are open to member participation. Given that IDS is an all-volunteer organization, please donate your talents to the appropriate committee!
