As is customary in a clinic situation, if you are selected to ride and then have to cancel your refund will be determined by whether or not your spot can be filled.
Horse or rider injury (or illness) that eliminates the ability to participate in the camp program: Rider must submit medical proof of either the rider’s or horse’s injury/illness prior to the date balance is due. In this case the deposit is forfeit, but the team will not be liable for the remainder of the balance and the spot will be offered to individuals on the waiting list.
If the rider cancels after paying the balance of $600, and another rider is available to take the spot, the rider will receive a refund minus a $25 office fee. If no rider is available to take the place of the injured or sick team, a refund of $400 will be provided.
