Intent to Resume Shows in July

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Indiana Dressage Society cancelled the following events:

• Cancelled: May 9th Schooling Show
• Cancelled: June 6-7 Indy Dressage Classic I & II

We are diligently working to return to competition as allowed by the State of Indiana, the Hoosier Horse Park, and industry best practices designed to protect the health of competitors, volunteers, and staff. We plan to hold the following shows:

• July Schooling Show – July 19th
• Indy Dressage Festival I & II – August 15-16
• Fall Schooling Show & Ride-Offs – September 26th & 27th

The big change is we’ve moved from the single day Schooling Show & Ride-Offs to two shows over two days. In addition, the qualification period for the 2020 IDS awards year has been extended from August 31 to September 26, 2020 to allow riders to qualify for the Ride-Offs the next day. The extension will apply for 2020 only. The 2021 Awards year will start September 27, 2020, and end on August 31, 2021.
